QUOTATION STAGE
Upon the new project inquiry, a complete quotation will be provided in 2 working days.

PROJECT KICK OFF
Once receiving the PO, a project manager will be involved and the project kick off meeting will be held.

MOLD DESIGN
The DFM report will be supplied in 2 working days, followed by the mold 3D in 5 working days.

MOLD MANUFACTURING
Only if this is approved, the steels will be cut, with weekly process report presented.

MOLD TRIAL
First samples will be sent to the customer, along with the trial report, dimension report and process parameters.

MOLD MODIFICATION& ENGINEERING CHANGE
Combining the internal and customers assessments, a mold modification or EC will be decided if necessary.

MOLD APPROVAL
After the approval, the mold will be packed for shipment, or kept in Wocax for mass production.

MOLD SHIPMENT
Mold thoroughly checked, for all the standards and packages before transported to customer.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
Wocax will follow up with you after delivery to make sure customer satisfaction and quality guarantee.
